Clean, fast service. The chocolate milkshakes are the only reason I come to a Shari's. Order inside and take the rest to go -- you get way more than if you order to-go. Feels like the waitstaff is consistently understaffed at every location, so be patient & kind.
We had an excellent waitress! She was responsive and helpful and corrected any issues we had. This could have easily been a one star. However, Shelby was excellent and just all around did an amazing job.
charlie was an amazing host to my friend and I tonight; hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced,, I hope she is well recognized and appreciated for both her attentiveness and adorably bubbly demeanor !! so so sweet, y'all got a good one - please treat charlie like the gem they are 💚
The waitress went out of her way to even walk a customer to her car because it was so late. Above and beyond service great food and just seeing that service makes me want to come back
Low budget family outing always fun always good staff foods always what you would expect which is great never a bad time at Shari's
Didn't have the chance to eat the food this time around but Kelsi made one of the best pie shakes I have ever had. I mean honestly, with her skills and attitude everyone should be taking notes. 🙏🙏👍👍💎
The servers there have really stepped up their game in customer service. They are very welcoming and nice. Know how to treat their customers. The manager of this Shari's is definitely is he's doing his job right.

I loved my experience at this Shari's the servers were attentive and quickly refilled our drinks and cleared the table. I was surprised by how nice the window view was with a little creek outside. I loved the breakfast burrito I had and would highly recommend going here for breakfast.
Really great food! I've been traveling across the country and stopping at many diners.. this was the best by far. I highly recommend the cherry pie, and the service was very good.
