For being the area service was better than expected. Food was fresh and fast especially compared to other restaurants in area. Prices higher than other Wendy's. $5 biggie bag is $6 at N 36 St + North Ave location. Frosty machine not ready, surprise surprise, when we ordered but staff made frosties and brought out to us.

Service is always slow. People are generally nice. Food is always fine. Just don't go here if you're in a hurry.
Came to this location after Burger King on Lisbon told me they were not open at 730 but their site stated otherwise…. Manager Stephen took my order and I was out within 3 minutes through drive through. What took the cake for me was he was very upbeat, positive, and the only employee in the restaurant at the time of services but you not have been able to tell this by the service! Thank you STEPHEN!!! YOU MADE MY MORNING AS A CUSTOMER!!!
I love the lady at the dive through window. She is always so nice to me and the food is made right here not all that soy mess that you end up throwing away bc it wasn't made right.
My second visit during the daytime The cashier that took my order had a nasty attitude soda machine leaking water all over the floor but no one had time to clean it up since they were too busy eating food and lollygagging and gossiping and on top of all that from the floor being wet I almost slipped and felt on a wet floor
I use to love this place....but why did wendys shrink down the meat and not expect the customers to notice???
