I remember getting cakes for my birthday many years ago from Rich's and they were always great. I decided to order a cake for my mom's birthday and I am very happy with it. Got the color just how I wanted it and didn't make it too sweet just as I had asked. Great customer service as well!

We ordered a graduation cake for a family member. We brought in a custom shape and Rich's was able to make the cake for us.
We chose our ingredients, filling, color scheme etc.
Everyone enjoyed the cake. It wasn't too sweet, or should I say, it was just perfect. Price was just perfect as well.

I can not for the life of me understand all these negative reviews. I have frequently at least twice a year used Riches House of Cakes for about 10 years and have been nothing but overly satisfied and so were my children as Riches allows me to totally Theme out their parties with the matching cakes. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Its like a great tradition for my kids to pick out and Design their cakes. And they are always soooooo good. I will continue to go back. Wonderful service, wonderful designs, absolutely wonderful cakes.
Great cakes! Really sad to see a for sale sign. My parents wedding cake was from here and many family birthday cakes as well... I remember one in particular, it was a tweety bird cake for my 7th birthday... 23 years ago. I was ecstatic. 😊 Thanks for providing many memories to our family! The product looked and tasted amazing. Everyone was happy with it. The customer service could have been a bit better. Slow to respond, not as professional as I was expecting. The gentlemen I worked with was very short with me and didn't make me feel very comfortable that my ideas/needs were understood, communication wasn't clear via email, and was impatient and obviously frustrated when I was trying to understand the pricing model used (which is a bigger deal for a 70+ person cake!), so I was nervous what the end product would turn out like. Just polish up the order and professionalism and I would definitely work with them again!
You can't tell the difference between his gluten free cakes and regular cakes. Portions are huge and worth the $. We had him make 80 ish gluten free cupcakes for our wedding, he also displayed them on a lovely stand and delivered them to the hall. Overall a fabulous experience.
My family has been a regular customer at Rich's since I was a little boy. Their cakes are beautifully made and taste wonderful. Not too sweet, just right. Definitely worth the money. Service has been great since day one.
I ordered a German chocolate cake with lemon filling in between the cake layers it was delicious . We’ll be back.
