Despite many negative reviews, I have ordered 4 times in the last 2 months from this location for carry out and the food has always been fresh and done on time. I ordered a rather large order for a company lunch and called and asked to have it made about 15 minutes prior to the pickup time i needed and they completed without problem. I picked up another order today and the only thing I felt was not done right was one of the pizzas didnt seem to have the extra cheese that i ordered but other than that, friendly staff who seems to be moving their butts getting orders done. Not like the joke pizza joint (little caesers) down the road, those employees just stand around and talk amongst themselves. I'll def be back!
Was pretty sad our X cepac general own these franchises, last time i ordering from papa jones i don’t support any army personnel, when i order the food zillion % Some out source person picked up the phone, is big No No No we paying here in $s not in Any another currency
I’ve always had a good experience with this location. Always ordered online and picked up in person. Staff has always been friendly, polite and courteous to me. Regarding other reviews, ordering pizza delivery on any Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you’re going to have a hour plus delivery time. That’s pretty normal.
3 very fun gentlemen were working. Unfortunately they made an error with the order. They were very busy so I was not mad at the mistake since they do happen. I gave this 5 stars because they corrected the error quickly! They were very apologetic and fully owned up to it. That’s good business.
