The young lady who made our sandwiches was really nice. My mom kept asking her to add items as she was making my sandwich, and she was like, of course, no problem. Super chill 😎

The bread is not always fresh. I do think they need to figure out another way to store the bread. Most times the person taking the order seems irritated.
It was very clean and welcoming. Ella was my server and she did it with respect and confidence. She was very quick and courteous.
Service was top notch. So was my sandwich. Store was very clean.
Excellent customer service is everything for me,and Julie(red) definitely provided that!! I would drive from the Eastside to the southside just to come here. She was very polite and knowledgeable and smiled throughout our sub making process! Love it❤❤
Came in with my grandfather on a saturday. They made the subs exactly how I expect them to be made. Service staff was kind of odd but that had no effect on the food.
Need better sense of urgency. Sandwiches not done on time, can totally understand that they are running behind time but when there are 3+ customers they need to cut to the chase from talks. Other than that they are very polite and friendly
Love that this location accepts coupons and they are always friendly when I stop in.
