I love how they actually put Carmel on my Carmel frape with extra Carmel. Whoever made my Carmel frape with extra Carmel on 5/6/23 at 4:35 in store. You're the best.
Very clean restaurant. Seems very well managed. Employees are always attentive and moving at a fast pace to serve their customers. I’ve been there quite a few times and found it to be consistently a pleasure.
No matter where the mobile app tries to direct me to a closer McDonald's, I override that, and make sure that I only get food from THIS location on 13th & College. Our orders are filled promptly, plus the food is fresh and prepared correctly. THIS McDonald's raises the bar for all the other locations in the area.
Very nice McDonald's. Friendly staff and my food was prepared quickly and properly. They also have outside dining.
Customer service is very important and lacks at most fast food, grocery stores, etc. The Customer service here was what I expect: courteous, greeting and salutation, and prompt service.

It's done so efficiently, foods and drinks for take out, pickup, and drive through, but one wouldn't find eating in at all charming - still, no complaints.
It was an amazing time, and my mom really enjoyed her ice cream and actually saw a cool Mercedes Donk and bits and pieces of the Air show landing
The staff are friendly and kind. They know their jobs well. They get the food out quickly inside or drive thru. The food is above average for a Mcdonalds. I go back more there because i like the food and staff. Clean atmosphere too.
This is definitely one of the better McDonald's around Milwaukee and surrounding areas. The customer service is always very nice and very professional. The food is definitely better than most any other McDonald's around. The location is absolutely perfect and essential if you're just flying in from the airport or at one of the many many hotels surrounding it definitely don't mind going this McDonald's anytime
