Line was crazy but now I understand why. It’s soooo worth it! The staff were awesome even if they were super busy they were always super nice and smiley. Summer (i think that’s her name) was super friendly. Will definitely be back 😊

Joseph was absolutely lovely. Not only did he accommodate our moving up the pick up time for our custom cake, but he also made sure we loved every aspect of it. He insisted we take a look at the writing and everything before we left so he know we were completely satisfied. We’re excited to order our next birthday cake from there!
My son and I went into this establishment and were completely blown away with the heartwarming customer service by Joseph. He was extremely welcoming with the story’s he told and his speedy ice cream making skills.This location will be a forever destination in Wisconsin.

Today was great I came in there and I greeted and felt welcoming by Chloey and she help me get what I wanted she did it right and she was very patient w me no rush and made me happy I would recommend coming here the ice cream is good and they have great customer service

Some of the best customer service I've ever seen, from the gentleman working by himself on the evening of April 9, 2023. We had nice weather for the first time in ages, so the line was long and kept growing. But the man working there stayed positive and friendly and made sure to keep everyone happy while absolutely zooming through the orders.
