Always greeted when I walk in. The staff are always funny and nice to talk with especially when it's slow or even when busy, they try to keep their customers happy.
Fast, fun and great food. Will always come here over any other store for my Qdoba!
My food was very good but what made this visit 5 star rating was the customer service from ordering to my panic moment check out. The gentleman prepping my food was pleasant and generous with servings. When I was checking out I was shocked to find my wallet was not in my purse. While I was out checking my car, the cashier partnered with the manager on duty Reuben. When I had come in embarrassed to say I would be back in 20 minutes to pick up my order Reuben had a plan. What a relief! It gave me enough time to quick remember an alternative way to pay without coming back. Just the idea that Reuben had a solution was great customer service and just another reason why I regularly return to this location.
Stopped by on 10.31.23 during their BOGO Halloween event (and during the 6pm dinner rush) and the staff did an amazing job making the online orders in between helping the customers who were ordering in the store. Everyone was extremely friendly even though they were super busy. Great job by the whole team keeping the orders rolling on such a busy night!
There is a nice variety of burrito fillings. The adobo chicken was good enough though I have tasted better. The tortilla strips added a nice crunch, and I like that the queso wasn't extra. The interior was pretty big and had a good seating arrangement. The employees were nice. Overall, decent quality for the price.
I mistakenly ordered online and needed to pickup my order later at a specific time, I called and they fixed the correct time. Our food was hot and ready when we needed it and was correct and best of all everything was delicious! It's Halloween and we were originally going to get Chipotle, but their site and application has been down/crashed all night. We had no problems ordering off of the application. So from now on we won't be getting a Boorito, we will be getting the Boogo instead! Good job everyone at Qdoba in Greenfield!
The guys and staff working on the night of July 11th absolutely killed it. I ate in store for 30-40 minutes and it was non stop busy and they didn’t miss a beat as well as busted to get all tables clean. They all deserve raises and recognition for how hard they are working!

We always like Qdoba's food and their service but......I always got the feeling I was taking them out of their mojo when I asked for extra queso, etc. This last visit was quite the contrary. The 3 cheese nachos I almost always order weighed about 2 pounds. For the first time eating there I was completely satisfied. Not sure if all of the stores are following suit but, I'm good with just having one location. /victory cry !
Not bad, poor guy had a bear wrapping a double meat burrito. Steak quesadilla was great. Didn't eat burrito but it looked tasty.
Oscar was very quick packing my whole order and didn’t make me feel rushed or inconveniencing which some fast food places do. The woman working alongside him at the register was also very friendly but I didn’t catch her name.
Great place to eat, staff was nice, and food was good.
It was ok, quick but didn't have a whole lot of flavor.
