We had a great time at Artisan Ramen with friends this past Saturday evening. The shop is tidy, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the space really embraces nerdy and artistic elements in a visually pleasing way that would appeal to anyone. I'd never before seen birria ramen but we gave it a shot and it was pretty dang good but so was their traditional tonkotsu if you're into the classics. As far as drinks go, Pop-Off Naruto was awesome! Lastly, if you're not a social person, you'll still have a good time here watching the anime or games displayed throughout the dining area.

I was in the mood for some ramen one night, and this place wasn't too far away, so my husband and I stopped in. The menu is pretty big featuring a variety of dishes for all appetites, including a couple options of ramen and a build your own option. We ordered a spicy tuna roll as an appetizer, since its our favorite roll to judge a restaurant. I wont consider this a place to go for sushi, but it wasnt bad, it could use a little more spice. We also ordered a build your own ramen bowl and a beef ramen with level 2 spice. I am not a big ramen connoisseur but I found my build your own bowl pretty good. I ordered a tofu, miso base, and rice noodle, with the essentials. Though our waitress/bartender was new she was able to go through the menu with us and help us with any questions we had.
We did originally come in for a table, but it was a 10 minute wait at the time so we opted for the bar. We were helped right away and all the food came out pretty quick! The TVs had anime and Nightmare Before Christmas playing. There is a lot of fun décor and specials displayed throughout. I loved the aprons/bibs for those that may need it when enjoying their ramen.
I enjoyed my ramen and would definitely stop in again!
I travel to Milwaukee every 4-6 weeks and always make a point to stop and eat here when I’m in town. The food is delicious, the vibes are immaculate, and the service is TOP TIER! Zoë the manager is so wonderful and makes my day every time I eat here. Even when it’s busy, she multitasks like a BOSS and still makes a point to catch up with me. (Also get the Crab Rangoons - trust me 🙏)
We enjoy ourselves! Everyone loved the taste of their Ramen bowls... but we all agreed that it needed to be hotter. It was served a bit on the warm side. Other than that, it was awesome! Our server did a great job. I don't remember her name, but she was on point and did last Thursday's dinner shift. I believe her name was Tracy, she was so helpful and rocked a pretty busy shift!!!! The appetizers were delicious, the breaded chicken pops.... or whatever os called were everyone's favorite 😍
Straight up five star experience. Great food and a really unique and cool atmosphere.
Went as a group of 7 for dinner, and our waitress T. was a champ, friendly, attentive, and accurate. Kitchen staff was on the ball - the orders came out far faster than I expected for a group order. And, the food was good. We ordered the Sunset Cauliflower and Devilish Eggs as appetizers, and a variety of ramens and sushi for main dishes. Everyone was happy, and several of us appreciated the Matcha lemonade as well.
This place is da bomb! Artistic, welcoming and damn good eats. 10 out of 10!! Thank you Zoe for a great experience in Milwaukee. We WILL be back!!
First time dining here and it was the best experience ever. The employees were really nice and atmosphere was nice (ambient lights).
Would recommend the Japanese Curry, very underrated dish. Would also recommend the Taiyaki - very tasty dessert.

Flavor perspective, the food was very good. The cauliflower appetizer was a little small and the ramen came out warm and could have been hot.
Ambience is fun and nerdy with fan art of different well known shows. Loud but not in an unpleasant way (multiple TVs playing animes and other shows).
Absolutely amazing experience. Food was delicious and service just as amazing. Lady asked if it was our first time and explained everything so well. Will definitely go back

The meal was good overall. My friend finished his bowl of creamy chicken. I was full from tea but the beef ramen was good. Our first time having ramen and delish.
The fire sushi would be rated 6 on a 1-10 scale. Its ok to not be a sushi spot.
