Very good! Reasonably priced. The table behind us had been full of trash for about 20 minutes until it was cleaned which was a little weird. Overall, we really enjoyed the food. They had a wash station in the middle of the restaurant for after your meal, when your hands are drenched in butter, I do however wish there were wet wipes that came with the meal. It’s always a struggle finding parking in Downtown Milwaukee, however it was easy finding it next to the restaurant.
A Memorable Birthday Celebration at Low Country
We celebrated my wife's birthday at Low Country, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff's exceptional service added to the joy of the occasion. They were attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed.
The culinary journey was nothing short of delightful. The shrimp, crab, potatoes, sausage, and rice dish was a flavorful masterpiece, perfectly complemented by the tantalizing hot sauce. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and expert preparation. Beignets were also very tasty!!!
The ambient atmosphere at Low Country added a special touch to the celebration. It was a perfect blend of warmth and sophistication, creating a setting that enhanced the joy of the gathering.
From the delicious treats to the top-notch service and inviting ambiance, Low Country exceeded our expectations. It was an unforgettable birthday celebration, thanks to the restaurant's dedication to creating a memorable dining experience. We look forward to returning to savor more of their culinary delights. Highly recommended!
This place is soooooo incredibly good. I frequent New Orleans so I typically avoid Cajun style food because it’s never right. But this place was exactly that casual taste. Seafood was fresh, decor was beautiful. It’s huge too so can accommodate large groups.
Every time me and my friends choose to have “girls night” we choose here! The owner makes us feel so welcomed and valued as customer service the vibe there is unmatched especially when the patio is open ❤️
Me And My Sister Dine Here A LOT! Love Elise, Mindy & Both Of The Bartenders! Always A Great Vibe When Im There
The decor has a great New Orleans/Mardi Gras feel, which is nice to have in the Midwest! Every time I come to low country, I enjoy my meal! Seafood boils are typically on the pricey side. But the week day combos are a great way to get a little bit of everything for a decent price. The flavor/spices are out of this world! I always come back to Lowcountry :)
Great crab boil restaurant. I really like the different levels of spice and flavor offered.
Amazing boil! I had the shrimp lovers with extra sausage & finished with biegnets... I highly recommend this spot with two suggestions for the proprietors
1. Serve sweet tea... no sweet tea is a crime against low country cooking
2. Find a good bread pudding recipe & feature it at least on weekends but I'd eat it every night
First time here and everything was delicious. The price is worth it. The only issue was the so called deep fried Oreo cookies. If you are an Oreo cookie person you would know that they definitely don't taste like Oreo cookies. We were convinced they were knock off cookies. Lol So you may wanna save those $6.
My wife and I have been twice now and so far it's gotten better. Mindy was absolutely awesome, even bringing us things to try and did not charge us. We will continue to go. We would go even more but it is pricey but it is well worth it.
