First, I'm a donut freak. If I could, I would be running my own shop, and it would be a lot Holey Moley when it comes to the flavors. They are hands down one of the best places around! If you only like one donut place, stop trying any other place and posting negativity. I love donuts, but I love that each and every place that I go to makes their's unique, special flavors take special ingredients, and not all of those ingredients are cheap! Having worked for a grocery store in a bakery making donuts, I can tell you, when you buy a "cheap" or low cost donut, it comes from a cheap pre-made mix. So, yeah, please don't go to a gourmet small batch artisan donut shop and buy anything, because that leaves more for the rest of us who love them!! And have no problem paying for the amazing flavors and the amazing quality!

We used doughnuts from Holey Moley as our dessert at our June 2017 wedding at the Rustic Manor 1848 and they did a wonderful job! We have tasted their doughnuts numerous times and just knew it would be a great dessert option for a wedding especially since they had vegan options available. All of the correspondence was great (Christine through Hospitality Democracy). It was definitely a hit at our wedding - people loved all of the doughnut flavors! We would highly recommend Holey Moley as a great alternative to a wedding cake!

THIS 👏 PLACE 👏 IS 👏 AMAZING. I love it I love it. It always hard to find vegan yeast donuts (in my opinion) and here the vegan donut selection is awesome and rotating. The toffee mocha donut had me questioning what I’d been doing for breakfast the past years of my life. The hot chocolate is also delectable and warming. The service is freaking wonderful and helpful, and it’s the best start to my morning. TREAT YO SELF and try one and then come back again and again like me

Great quality donuts. Service very kind. Go early in the morning ( before 9am) or you may not find donuts left. They don't sell decaf coffee. But they do have soy and almond milk!

First off, I’m definitely a sweets and doughnuts kind of guy. I’ve been coming to this shop since its inception and not embarrassed to say some of the employees started recognizing me all too much. I love cake doughnuts and they make some of the tastiest I’ve ever had, hence I keep going back. I’ve eaten donuts in Portland, San Diego, NYC, Chicago, Austin, etc. and Holey Moley still remains near or even at the top of the list for me. My utter weakness has been their concoctions such as the Diablo Rojo (red velvet cake dipped in chocolate and topped with peanut butter chips and Nutella), Cookie Dough (glazed chocolate cake actually topped with a heap of cookie dough), coffee cake old-fashioned, and the recent addition of Peanut Butter Chocolate. Oh, and how can I forget when they decided they should offer doughnut frozen custard sandwiches. My only gripe is I haven’t visited nearly as much as I used to. Did I mention they have a rotating wide selection each day and Saturdays are dedicated to vegans? They may be a bit pricier than your run-of-the-mill Ma and Pa shop but I’d say they’re more than worth a stop in while visiting the Third Ward. I’d also suggest stopping in earlier in the morning as they can sell-out pretty quickly.

Great doughnuts! I had a pumpkin filled doughnut and it was awesome! Also had the Homer which was great too! I had the apple pie filling doughnut which I didn't care for too much, but I am picky when it comes to apple pie filling. You may like it so definitely try it! Will definitely go back when I come through downtown Milwaukee again!

Amazing donuts! Plenty of vegan and gluten-free options as well. We got donuts here for our Galentine's Day celebration and they were gone in about 5 minutes.

Holey Moley these are good donuts! Super enjoyed the variety and freshness of the donuts. The people working were also so nice. Very easy to access from The Hop streetcar at the third ward stop. If you have a particular donut flavor you want, you can also reserve it the day before to make sure you get it! They also have vegan options! Keep in mind they're only open in the morning. Excited to go back again!

Made it a point to try this place out before leaving from my trip to Milwaukee and I was not let down one iota of a bit. I haven't had a donut in forever and their vegan donut was bliss. Cannot say enough positive things about their food.

Some of the best donuts I have had in the Milwaukee area! They rotate their flavors so they're not always the same, and they are so unique! The pistachio and raspberry flavors were my favorite!

Great place with awesome vegan donuts 😃!!! Definitely worth a visit. We drove all the way from Chicago to get donuts here because after initial try few months ago we still couldn't find donuts like these anywhere in Chicago. Hopefully you guys are planning to open some Chicago location in near future or we will be there again soon 😜!!!
