We had a great time there today celebrating with 20 or so cousins. Thank you to the great wait staff and chefs! All the food was hot and never had a dry mouth even with all the talking we were doing! Thanks again....one of the Koller Cousins!!
Good food at a good price. Never had a bad meal there and always are treated like family.
One thing about Milwaukee restaurants is do not judge the quality based on the outside appearance! From the outside The Family Table doesn’t look appeal it looks run down and like it’s been there for years but when you get inside you get the feel of any other family style restaurant in the city.
One of the main reasons I love this place is the staff. A majority of their morning service staff is elderly women but they are some of the sweetest people you’ll meet. Not only are the extremely nice but patient. Anyone who goes out to eat with kids know it sometimes takes a minute or two to get situated to order.
The food here is always good and consistent. I’ve never had a bad experience when it comes to the quality of food. The price has increased over time but which restaurant hasn’t after COVID and other factors. This is a great place to grab a bite to eat if you’re staying at one of the surrounding hotels but don’t want to take a drive into the city.
My breakfast was made quick. The spinach omlet was fluffy and delicious. As my side, I opted for the fresh fruit cup. It is fresh! I added strawberry jelly to my toast. They also have orange marmalade!
The coffee is good diner coffee.

Excellent service, clean restaurant, not crowded, food was fresh and delicious! I forgot our waitress name, but she was Friendly and on point with everything and she's a GreenBay Packers fan so GO PACK GO!!!!
I waited throughout the pandemic to go back to this restaurant to eat broasted chicken again. It is still delicious. It comes with a tiny serving of coleslaw, choice of potato and a vegetable of the day (like canned corn or similar). You also get a cup of soup or salad and a bread basket. The bread is so yummy! I also almost always get the chicken dumpling soup though the other kinds I’ve had are always delicious (and home made).
The down side is the price has gone up $2 and dessert is no longer included.
I’ve always had good service. The wait staff are attentive and I love that someone is dedicated yo keeping water glasses full.
There are many other delicious items on their menu but the fried chicken is
my favorite.
Haven't been here in a while. The place is definitely showing it's age. The building needs some TLC. Even the signage is looking bad and not all working. If you have never been here before you might not want to stop.
There was a group of us, we got seated immediately. The place was about half full. There were other groups of people have a good time.
The table was clean, but had a sticky surface, everything stuck to the surface, like the coffee cups, and even the napkins.
The service was very good. The coffee kept coming, and the order was all taken and served properly. Everything that we had was good. Big portions and most of us had take out containers for leftovers.
First time bringing the kids here. It looks old on the outside. But the food is really good. A lot. It's a big portion. The service was very good. We'll go again.
This is one of my favorite places to go with my kids. The food is always good and the price point is reasonable. The service is always very friendly. I love this restaurant
The Porkchops were fried to perfection
Very tasty and not fried dry. Perfect!
Baked Potato is questionable! Didn't have that baked texture. Looked microwaved, I might be wrong, though. Enchilada Soup was delicious. Bread was good and individually packed. Liked that they are still taking precautions.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Their food is so delicious. The service is excellent! I love coming here.. they even have cocktails
