What a great experience! We just ate there for our first time. We come up a lot from Long Island and always pass by and this was our first time stopping. We will definitely be back. Our waitress, Jen, was super sweet and very efficient. The garlic knots we're the best we ever had! My Dad got seafood marinara and I got penne ala vodka. Both were absolutely scrumptious! If you're nearby (or not lol) this place is definitely worth it. We are both pretty big foodies, so to impress us is a pretty big deal.
Always a great place to go to eat dinner or take out. Best wings around �. Chris and Jenn are so nice and staff as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The food is good 90% of the time. Because there is nothing in close proximity to Middleburgh, we're at Hubies a lot. Best wings I've had in my entire life. Always crispy and with the perfect amount of sauce. Pizza is hit or miss. Never terrible but not always good. The salads are consistently fresh and delicious, and truthfully, I'd go there just for the blue cheese dressing. Their homemade blue cheese dressing is the best in the world. The pasta dishes are usually good, but occasionally they skimp on sauce and make them a little bit dry.
The service - some of the waitresses are outstanding (try to get the one with the long light brown/blonde hair) and some are mediocre. When you're waiting for your food for a really long time because they forgot to put the order in or they don't 'give you extra napkins with your wings and you have no where to wipe your hands,, you'll see what I mean.
