We stopped in for a quick bite after hearing how superb the prime rib was (only sold Thursday through Sunday). We had a great waiter, Eric! What a sense of humor! He was very accommodating when I asked to return a dish.
Towards end of the meal, he told us there was only 3 slice carrot cake left 😂. At the moment I didn’t think I wanted dessert…but he tempted us! Loved my seared ahi tuna salad! It was delicious!
We had out of state guests from TX and OH who wanted good food in a New England atmosphere, so we thought, The Fireside Grille. Nice atmosphere, large selection of food choices, close to home and reasonable prices. It ticked all the boxes and they did not disappoint. Our server (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) was beyond fabulous. She was personable, attentive without being intrusive, friendly, informative when.we had questions and professional when we encountered one issue with one of our dinners. Our server was a pro. She faced the complaint head on, with a huge smile on her face and a solution on her lips. She exuded pure customer service at it's finest. She is truly an asset to the Fireside Grille. The rest of our entrees and drinks were sheer perfection. The manager, Adam, stopped by to apologize for the one hiccup in the evening and comped desserts for the whole table. Go to the Fireside Grille. A breath of fresh New England air and hospitality..
Took my kids out and we thought it was ok . We did get Big portions. Clam chowder was real good . I will come back
Our company recently held our annual meeting at the Fireside Grille in their ballroom. The sales manager, Kelly, was a joy to work with. She was extremely friendly, organized, and walked me through the function details making it a success. Kelly was quick to help when our guest speaker had a technology issue which she solved in minutes. The room was set up just as discussed and looked great. Our buffet was served on time and was hot and delicious. Many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how they plan to go back for dinner with their families. Our server, Michelle, was attentive and friendly. We look forward to holding our next meeting at the Fireside Grille.
Great family restaurant right off of 495 in Middleboro. Our waitress was amazing as was the food and drinks we ordered. Perfect for small groups or large. Definitely worth the trip!!
Great place but the bartender never put in our soup order. Our dinner came out first. Very busy place but great atmosphere.
I love this restaurant because they offer a Thanksgiving turkey dinner every day. It is so delicious that every time I go there, I only order the turkey 🦃! Now that I'm all about my scooter, it's about a one hour drive there! I haven't gone yet but I believe it will happen soon!
