I used to love it, until I bought 3 chef salads and the eggs were bad... I called them to let them know that their eggs were bad and a super sweet girl named Michaela (I'm not sure if I spelled that right but she works in the restaurant) she told me that it was okay to just come down and get a refund. I wasn't expecting one but I was like okay because it was $40 so I figured all right since I was going that way anyway. But when I got there, her manager told me that I had to bring the salads back in order to get a refund, even though Michaela had told me that I didn't have to. Not just that, she was rude to the girl and she was rude to us. She made out like I was just trying to steal money or something and told me that she would give us a refund for" the eggs only " like I was supposed to eat the salad that the rotted eggs was in. So I guess to sum it up the casinos great but the management of the restaurant needs to take a hike.
$6 double cheeseburger and fries, 1.50 for drafts. Clean from what I saw with friendly staff who are happy to provide speedy service. Has been awhile, since we tried it last, but the sit down restaurant has also had good food and service. Giveaways and free play offers, open mic fun on Thursdays, and easy nearby parking make this casino a solid option.
Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Good selection of games and the casino is always clean. They also offer a non-smoking area for those that do not smoke. Restrooms are always clean and well maintained.
