This place is always good. The food is fresh and delicious. I've never had an issue with the food or service. Great spot to pick up a healthy meal for a great price. Not a lot of places like this in Miami.
Delicious Food, Great Service, and Affordable!!! Totally recommend this place. We ordered two salads from the salad bar, and the plates were huge and delicious. The owner, Ken, is very kind and attentive.

Wow what a great healthy place to eat finally , I hate fast and don’t like people touching my food or not knowing what they are really doing to my food during this pandemic , so this is directly in front of you and everything is fresh and good amounts . I got the pink detox salad and it was amazing the presentation was 👌 perfect !!! And the Green detox smoothie , working out and coming to a healthy eating spot helps out so much . They were so attentive and friendly as well. I will continue to come to Kens Healthy delights , being a keto person and choosing alternatives this place really helps with your clean eating routine . A recovering fast food addict and finding this tiny spot changes everything .
You can still dine in everything is covered so nobody's spit or anything is going to be going on the toppings they're wearing masks and gloves in order to dine in safely honestly it can only be you know two tables cuz they have like four so to be able to have the space it would be only two tables so it's not super recommended cuz they have no outside seating it's better to just take out but honestly their food is super fresh and tastes really great
First time here, and I loved this California Burrito. It is completely fulfilling for me and it has an uniquely flavor. Next time will order a smoothie.
