By far the greatest catering experience I've had. The Owner Ian, and his team did an exceptional job. They are extremely hard working and dedicated. They provided fantastic service with fantastic prices. The food was high end quality/ top notch! We ordered the veggie sandwiches, Cuban, chicken pesto, and roast beef for a large work event of almost 100 people. Ian provided delicious and very fresh sandwiches, cookies along with a large selection of sodas and chips. He came right on time, and set everything up in a beautiful display. I strongly recommend the Guayabita Eaterys restaurant to anyone, whether it be for large parties, or for a nice quaint meal.

Wonderful place! Very homey and comfortable. My favorite place to come drink coffee and eat a good sandwich. The owner is one of the most sociable, and nicest people I have ever met. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs to take a break and feel safe and at home.
Love this place. The food is great and so is the customer service. This cafe is a breath of fresh air on a street in downtown which has old run-down buildings and not much options. I really hope they are able to survive the inevitable gentrification. It's all run by one guy right now! Help him out and support local businesses.
Awesome mom and pop shop for delicious sandwiches and wraps. Be sure to try their Guayabita shake, it's pretty much the best thing I've ever tasted. Love the staff, very friendly and eager to surprise your taste buds - something they do a really good job of with their creative combinations of flavors. The love they put into making each sandwich, wrap, juice, shake, coffee is just something you don't get to see nowadays in every establishment. Can't wait to go back, honestly wish they were open on weekends but the fact that they choose family over monetary profit is something that keeps me wanting to come back even more. =)
They have a variety of Energy drinks with great flavors like guava pineapple and mango, tamarindo, berry blast...no sugar no carbs but they run out quick. A good option from Monster and Red Bull. Great place, great sandwiches, Ian, the owner knows what you want when you come in the door as a local AND the best almond dessert.
Just saw the family on TV and wanted to see the updates since the tragic disaster :( ... im so happy the business is doing good! :) and im hoping everything is well with the beautiful family and they're living good... good job guys ! Keep up the great work ... all love from here in Montreal Canada XD
