Food was very good, and the waitress was great. I should have made an effort to remember her name. It's been a long time since I had a big American breakfast, and it was a holiday. A couple of syrup bottles need their nozzles rinsed because syrup was not coming out, and someone forgot to give us our silverware. Very minor things, as you can see, which is good for service considering it was a busy holiday morning.
Absolutely the best Denny's for food and customer service. Jonathan was an absolutely the best!! Very attentive! His attitude was so refreshing and genuine. He definitely had the 'service with a smile' attitude...even though he had a mask on you still knew he was smiling. The coffee & the food were great.

My experience was very good. I know is not a high end restaurant but it is only fair that I review them based on specific metrics that I appreciate.
Time to be served:
About 3 mins from entering i was seated, even thought they ate kinda busy.
Attitude and customer service:
My waitress was cordial and helped search and apply online to get my free birthday "Grand Slam". I was expecting a different behavior once she learn that I was eating for free, but she remained helpful and upbeat.
Food quantity and quality:
The plates were simple but actually appropriate for anyone's dietary needs, unless you are accustomed to eating like a pig, then you'll be disappointed.
Food delivery:
Plates were on my table within 10 mins from the order, this was refreshing.
Overall look and feel of the place:
Plenty of seating, very clean, the illumination was perfect, the background music was perfect for me, low volume 80's songs that did not conflict with the volume of the TVs.
Overall a very good, simple experience if you are leveled-minded and not in a rush, or super hungry and stressed.

Great atmosphere. Menu options were very wide. The waitress was also helpful and courteous. They have one of the robots serving food as well - which is kinda cool.
I don’t remember our server’s name, but we called her grandma as a nickname and I honestly feel like she deserves so many blessings and recognition for being so kind and humble. Thank you grandma!
Staff were so warm and welcoming. Service fast as well. They even have high-tech robot servicer that comes directly to your table, no contact, you pick up your own food from it. Very cool!
It is always a good option. The food is average, nothing special, however the fast and convenient nature makes it practical if you are short on time. I go there more on Saturdays and Sundays for breakfast.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly, however, the location is short staffed. We rather come to this Denny's than the other two on the way because the service is great and the waiting time is minimal.
