I am grateful for the lady who took our order! She is by far one of the kindest I have met in Miami! They were super busy but made me feel at home!
Another old bounding made into La Granja, I wish this food chain would invest on making a make up to their eating areas.... kind of old and not well maintained locations.
People were nice drive thru extremely slow.
Fast food place. Always has hot food and not lukewarm, unlike other fast food establishments. It's worth it for food on the go.
It's an ok fast food place I go there all the time for the biggie bag and its always good
Got the Dave single with everything on it was fresh and hot fries were crispy too! oh and the pineapple mango drink was the perfect drink to wash it all down

And the manager i believe was very help with my brothers order that wasn't correct! This was in the drive thru after inside closed!
The ONLY train I have 4 stars was because of Ms. April. I would've give a negative 5.ZI have lived in the area for 20+ years and the customer service at this local is terrible, an insult to the Wendy's brand. I don't even feel like hatching the nightmare I experienced. The important part was when I returned Ms. April was the manager on shift and she was setting a new tone of professional customer service! The sad part was that the employee looked crazy when she had to tell her to say thank you for coming , have a nice day 👀😣🤦
