This Pollo Tropical has the best customer service. I have been a huge fan for many years and have eaten at several locations but this one is by far my favorite. The quality of the food is on point and the staff is the friendliest.
Took longer than the normal when I went inside to order! Should have stay in the drive through!
I do take out here alot . Was very disappointed 😞 in my last visit! The plantains we so burnt they were black. Come on Pollo Tropical! You guys can do better. There is no way you should have served this to a customer!
The flavor of the chicken is delicious, the employees do their best to serve the customers, for the price of chicken, rice and beans, it is impossible to find a better option my favorite location to eat at

Very clean location. As always in Miami there is a struggle where language is concerned. But the food is excellent and fresh. I had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. So much corn, beans avocado and cheese. He had chicken with rice and beans. Delicious as always.
Good food for the price even do we are on some hard time.but great prices for food.mmmmm
So far is the only location that treats customers properly and the food is on point. Great customer service.
For a McDonald's lover, pollo tropical is a fresh experience for me. Especially their grill chicken, taste like Costco's.
