Absolutely the BEST Uruguayan restaurant ever! Best service, incredible food and the hospitality is like no other. Worth the trip from Canada to Miami for the food at this place! I ❤ Gauchitos!!!!

The steaks and sausage were great, although the chicken was dry… possibly a bit overcooked. The salad didn’t come with any dressing. It was a busy night, but the staff handled it well.
After a long travel day, we checked into the Marriott Biscayne Bay and were looking for something close by. Gauchitos was very conveniently located down the hallway from the registration desk, in a shopping mall area between the Marriott and Doubletree.
Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! We ordered the skirt steak and the surf and turf. We had healthy portions and it was seasoned perfectly.
Fantastic Place… one of the best Filet Mignons I have eaten in my entire life… and the server Karel was outstanding, attentive and very kind. Great experience… will definitely be back
Awesome Ambiance great food great service there was no live music today but there was still entertainment in the background on big screen TV really well put together and super affordable great value.
Found this place by staying at the Marriott Biscayne Bay. The food is top notch. They had a great singer singing ome tunes while you're eating. It was definitely a great time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We went for breakfast, very good food. The coffee was the best I had tasted in a long time. Service with a smile, It was a very good experience.
The meats are way too good. I don't know the name of the dish I had but it starts with "P" and it was heaven. The lobster tail was ridiculously big and the butter sauce made it pop. The shrimp alfredo I can't recommend. The shrimp was AWESOME but the pasta and sauce tasted like white flour. But still, I highly recommend this place. The price is super reasonable and the portions are generous. I'd go back.

Two visits and both were delicious!! First time we ordered take out while staying at the Hilton Grand and the steak was so good we had to dine in the second time. My daughter rates their filet 10 stars!!! Truly one of the best steaks we've ever had. The Caeser Salad is enough for two and yummy as well. Fettucino Alfredo did not disappoint either. It was not busy for a Friday night, we were able to seat ourselves and service was friendly and quick. We will visit again on our next Miami trip.
The restaurant presentation was classic/classy European. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The food was as advertised. Highly recommend.
