My favorite part about this Starbucks is they gave the sugar & creamer station to do it yourself set up like before the dark times. I wish all Starbucks would go back to this systems. I like adding my own sugars etc.
Only few Starbucks can produce better coffees, this is one among them.
Ambience - The coolest and well organized and sanitized seating with decent lighting.
Service - People are warm and friendly, serving the best coffee at Starbucks.
These guys brewing with passion and making their customers happy.
Coffee - ordered caramel macchiato and cappuccino, both coffees refreshes and energizing.
Every morning during our stay, the team satisfied our coffee needs with some of the nicest barista prepared one shot lattes. Price is on par with hotel Starbucks prices and the store has more or less the full selection of Starbucks goods.
Special attention must go to Noah, who really did go the extra mile with his service and making a fuss of my son who helped me on the breakfast run.
Highly recommend a beautiful coffee here at the Starbucks located in the intercontinental hotel.
How convenient is this location when you are staying in this hotel . Fast , clean and nice staff . They dont habe all drinks and food thou but otherwise good

I grabbed a grande coffee with almond milk and a blueberry muffin this morning as I headed out to start the day. It was delicious to say the least.
This is my favourite Starbucks in Miami! It can get very busy sometimes, but only cause the atmosphere is great. If you can get a seat, stay a while - that's what I do!
5+ STARS FOR AMANDA! I have been to a lot of Starbucks, and this was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. I was at a work conference for a couple of days, staying in the Intercontinental, and I started feeling under the weather. I asked the Starbucks barista what sort of teas they recommended for my symptoms. Amanda not only told me what she recommended, but she personally put honey and lemon in my tea as well. She also remembered my name from the day before (I had only been in once before). What great customer experience, and what a caring barista!
This is officially my favorite Starbucks in all of Miami. The entire staff and especially the Baristas are all amazingly friendly and competent. They're not pretending either they all mean it. I love coming here. Thanks.
