They made the situation below right! They refunded the order, made us a fresh pizza, gave us our pizza after the driver got back, and gave us a free two liter. They are severely understaffed due to COVID, they are having trouble getting people to work just like many of the fast food and retail places. Ordered online, app showed delivering in 7 min, then immediately showed delivered. No one brought the pizza. I sat on hold and called for over 39 minutes. Finally ubered to the store because dominos app has no option for “the pizza wasn’t delivered” and no one at the store would answer the phone (for over 45 min) by the time I got there.
