Freaking fantastic!! I’m gluten free and was estatic to find a place that served GF! Bun and burger was so delicious! Along with all the choices to dress the burger with. We � it and WILL BE BACK!! ���
I came to this place 5 years ago when I was last on holiday in NY, came again this year after remembering it from all those years ago - and was pleased to see it was in the same location and the same awesome, fresh, wholesome food being served. Absolutely delicious burgers which do not disappoint � LOVE The Counter � (UK)
I loved this place amazing service we had water bottles empty and they filled it up with ice! They were super nice and the burgers and milkshakes were amazing and their fries were delicious definitely 100,000/10.
We ended up here, for 4+ hours, due to flight delays and cancelations. They food was pretty good and they had a decent enough beer selection for an airport eatery. I would not hesitate to go again.
!!!!Buyer Beware!!!! They add in 18% gratuity on your bill, even for a party of two! If you didn't notice it on your original receipt you'd never know it happened. The final CC slip you sign also has a gratuity line and suggested amounts. So sneaky! Almost every person was tipping double without even realizing it.
Tasty burger with a Gluten Free bun! The menu doesn’t mention the Gluten Free option. Friendly take out service.

Airport eatery so atmosphere is what it is for a busy terminal at a busy airport. Touchless ordering on their app, which can cause double orders when the airport WiFi gets wonky. Good service, burger was cooked to order and was delicious. Fries were a tad weak. All in all a good place for a bite while waiting on your flight.
