Came in tonight (5/24, about 7:30pm) for a quick dinner after my appointment, and it was honestly the best customer service I have ever gotten at a Subway. Now subway isn't a 5 star establishment by any means, but the 2 guys working tonight had great personalities and customer service skills. They seemed to get along with each other, and genuinely enjoy their job. They greeted everyone who came in with a smile, and made sure all the sandwiches they put together were exactly to the customers liking. Working station looked very clean and well stocked. I wish I could've gotten their names for this review, but I hope the appropriate person sees it and gives them a well deserved raise.
The service here is great. The two guys working there were friendly and had smiles on their face. They were very upbeat and even showed humor toward the customers in front and made them laugh.
They were patient and made sure you got all the toppings you wanted.
Only downside was lettuce didn't look too fresh late at night and bread was a bit soggy (maybe i had put too many veg toppings. There was also an oddly dry hard to chew pickle.
In spite of that, the sub was still delicious! I was hungry and it hit the spot.
The guys there, i also loved how they were generous with the toppings so that was nice of them.

This is the best subway in the East valley. Their bread always seems to be fresh, especially Italian herb and cheese. Almost every staff member I’ve interacted with has been really nice. I definitely gotta give Alec a shout out, this kid is polite to every customer, runs the line with expert skill, and makes a super great sandwich! He should honestly be a supervisor. You can find all the same things at any subway but the staff keeps me coming back to this one.
There were 2 young men working tonight and let me tell you, they were sooo sweet! My kids ordered their own sandwiches and the workers were so patient and polite. Highly recommend this location! I wish I would have gotten their names! They get an 10 out of 10 from me!

Excellent customer service! The woman working (I believe her name was margery but not to sure) also paid for my son to have some Cheetos. Food was fresh and employees took really good sanitary precautions as far as keeping everything neat and switching gloves when neccesary. I think the employees positive attitudes rub off on their customers as well because it was an overall great experience. Everyone in there was very nice. :)
I just had excellent service here. The girl behind the counter is awesome. I was waited on at 3:30. Whomever was preparing the sandwiches was friendly and provided great customer service
This location has it's up and downs with employees. But tonight I went there with my family and the employees were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. No matter what the food is always great. Definitely will be going back.
We just had the best and friendliest service we have ever had at any Subway! Two very friendly and polite young women! What a pleasure!
