It was our first time to Jersey Mike's so we needed so help ordering. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The sandwiches were great. We will definitely be return customers.
Efficient staff, but minimal customer interaction. I’m really tired of electronic tip requests for people doing their job. I’m just not sure how someone can give excellent service making a sandwich.
The general manager is very sweet. I was having an issue and not only did she deal with my poor attitude very professionally and resolved my issue. She’s amazing. Highly recommend this store and remind people to be kind.
This place is good now that they worked the bugs out. I was there when they first opened and they were pricy and nothing special. Now still a little pricy but the quality is great. Had Italian and the Philly cheese with portobello mushrooms. Good stuff.my preference is the Italian..but having my first Philly when I was young in Philadelphia spoiled me. This is one sub shop I return to.

The employees were very nice and helpful, and the subs looked and tasted amazing! I will say you get what you pay for because yes they are a little bit more expensive compared to competitors however it’s totally worth it because they actually put stuff in their subs! We really enjoy our subs for our late dinner and will definitely return.
