Julian did an awesome job making our sandwiches yesterday. Little bit of a wait because the rest of the staff was a little slow. Will be back due to the exceptional cook.
This location is amazing! Excellent food, fast service. My food was ready before I even sat down. Incredible!
I'm not sure why, but this place is never busy, Andrew V was my cashier, he was quick and funny. Lemonade was awesome, but you gotta try their Triple Bacon Philly. I added jalapeños and they carry Cholula! Awesome, better than most I've had before.
Food was good, not often you find a good cheesesteak with WIZ! Too bad it’s in the mall.
We can share a sandwich abd a fry a d still not eat it all . We like the raspberry lemonaid too .
My Husband and I had ordered take out through Uber Eats worst site ever to order food. They don't put proper items to order on their site. They delivered 2 full size phillies with no buns. And was all wet and soggy by time they got to us. So we called and spoke with the manager I believe named Rose who completely remade our meals and and was super kind and generous to us and gave us coupons to use to return. She made this experience the best fresh made food extra hot fries and the fact she was kind and not rude about Uber messing up our order she fixed the Issue no questions asked. She is truly why i believe in Customer Service isn't completely dead.

Tasted great going in. Unfortunately two of us got the bubble guts 20 minutes later. I'm sure it was just the one thing the 2 of us ate. It happens, not all food can be great all the time. Going to try it again anyway to see if it was just a flu. Lol
Food items made fresh while you view the preparation. Even if the line is long there is not a long wait for your meal. Charley's has a signature lemonade which has an excellent flavor. Be sure to Ask and Keep your receipt for a special survey offer on the back!
I come to this charleys location at least once a week. I absolutely love it! I love the bread and all the condiments. In my 24yrs of living I always felt that the sandwiches just didn’t look appealing. But this is the 1st year that I’ve tried a Philly cheesesteak and I just became addicted! Lol but what always makes me love this location is hands down Adam. As many times as I come here I’ve never seen him with negative attitude. I appreciate the interaction he has with his customers, his friendliness, his kindness, and just even seeing how he supports his team. Keep up the good work Adam! 😊
Steven makes the best sandwiches! He’s so friendly and welcoming and just because of his customer service I will return!
