It's Papa John's... Our experience with this location was very good. The lady behind the counter was friendly and welcomed us with a smile. The pizza itself was good, toppings were all the way out to the edge of the crust, and it was warm. We picked it up ourselves so we had no interaction with the delivery aspect of things. This may be the difference between a good experience and a bad one. We were able to check the pizza before paying for it to make sure it was built to the price they charge.
Stopped in, ordered the New York style pizza, bread sticks and a 2 liter of soda. Personally found it costly and probably could of saved money if ordered online. Pizza, customer service was great! However not advisable to just drop in and order because there is no menu displayed. (Menu is scannable code that you can be viewed on your phone) and the lobby decor doesn’t even feature photos of their product(s). Minor stuff as most use apps on their phones for everything nowadays.
A step up from pizza hut. Service wise pizza places are all the same to me. The food was really good though. Awesome flavours and super delicious.
I had another great time at PJ in Mesa after my Apache Junction visit. The pizza was so fresh & tasty I finished it sitting at the store. I asked for extra cheese and tomato sauce with salami and ground beef. It got the job done really well.
Service by Annalyse and John was superb.

The manager here does not believe the customer is right. Threatend to hang up on me. Accused me if cursing. Maybe she was having a bad. But I won't order there again. But when your pizza is not right. That's a big deal.
I had a bad experience with the last pizza I ordered and I took the time to contact customer service to let them know the pizza delivered to me was undercooked and tasteless. I had ordered a normal peperoni. I was contacted by customer service and the matter was timely and fairly resolved to my satisfaction. I was provided with a coupon to give the pizza shop another try. I did that today, but I took the time to read some of the other people's reviews before I ordered. It was suggested that ordering well done is a way to avoid the undercooked pizza. I did order it well done. In order to boost the flavor I ordered double peperoni and the three cheese blend. My experience today is pleasantly very different than my problem pizza. The customer service is stellar. I will continue to be a customer because the store is right across the street from me. Thanks Papa John's store #1510 and the management.
You guys are THE BEST in the business! My husband and I are senior citizens on a very low fixed income (husband is on disability due to bad car accident caused by an underinsured driver, age 19!) Insurance paid for loss of our car but only part of my husband's medical. Ordering pizza from Papa John's is our way of "going out to eat." I do wish we could afford to tip your drivers more than our $2.00, but the God's honest truth is we just cannot. We try to order whenever you have specials to make it more affordable for us.
Your food is AWESOME, delivered ON TIME, temperature is always HOT, drivers are SO friendly! We thank you VERY much for your professionalism and consistency of quality! Keep up the WONDERFUL job you all do; we appreciate it more than we can say!

The wings and the pizza were amazing. I got a large thin crust pepperoni & sausage pizza and it was the perfect amount of crispiness. My husband got wings and really enjoyed them as well. It was a very clean store and the service was great. I’m definitely going back again.
Pizza was deliious as usual. Driver had a hard time finding us even with navigation and we are only a couple blocks from the store.
Ordered some pizza, and the estimated time was 20-30 mins. Got it in about 40-45 mins. No big deal to me (I live in an apartment, I can understand you may get lost), but then I got a call and an apology from the store, with an offer for something for my next order. Fantastic customer service. The pizza was fantastic too.
