Anytime I'm near here, I stop in for a treat, lunch, or to stock up on baked goods. Their selection ranges from pies and individually wrapped desserts to rolls and sandwiches to muffins, scones, and granola. Everything is fresh and delicious! The sweet breads are my family's favorite. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, and it always smells divine! In my experience, the best selection of baked goods is available early in the day, but I'm always able to find something yummy to take home. 😋
I came in before noon, and it looked like a lot of pastries were sold out. It was nice to get baked goods right off the cooling rack. I also noticed they discount day old goods, so that's nice. The people that work here are super sweet.
LOVE their bread - the dinner rolls are to die for. I stopped making rolls for the holidays because I can come here and I can't make them better than these! :) So good.
Been coming to this place since they opened in the mid 90's. Excellent selection of whole grain breads that are light and fluffy. Many selections of goodies. Famous for their over sized cinnamon rolls. Simple, down home decor. Consistantly wonderful food. Sandwiches are tasty with quality ingredients like boars head. Add soup in a bread bowl for a hearty meal. Get there early because the soup goes quick sometimes.
Came hear on a Friday night with the family for dinner. Everyone loved the food and gobbled it right down followed by the smattering of sweets we each got.
A fantastic bakery with many options for fresh bread, pastries and cookies, and they make wonderful sandwiches too! Friendly and fast. A hidden gem!
My favorite bakery rolls! Everyone always asks about the rolls from here and where to get them. So many good breads, rolls, bread sticks, and baked goods in general. Highly recommend!
We ordered a large amount of cinnamon rolls for a work breakfast. They were freshly baked when we picked them up and so delicious! Everyone at the office loved them and kept asking where we got the cinnamon rolls from. I would definitely recommend this bakery and keep them in mind for larger orders as well. We did call one day in advance for our order.
Wish I could give ten stars! A friend dropped me at a fast food next door. After realizing that place had no "dine-in" options, I sauntered over to Whole Grain, where I was pleased to find they had a little deli. The service was mind blowing, how good it was. I was genuinely cared for. And the food was so fresh - I got a tuna sandwich and had to use a hook to get it into my mouth. Home made sourdough was delightful. Apparently most of the fresh made breads and desserts are gluten free, but taste better than anything I've had elsewhere. And the price ... I had to keep asking them if the charged me for the chips and beverage. Unbelievable this place doesn't have a line a mile long. Hopefully this review will help that happen. If so, it's well worth the wait! Come on down. You can't go wrong!
I consider myself a cinnamon roll aficionado. I heard word of Frank's famous cinnamon rolls at this location and had to put them to the test. Let's just say the entire family is NOT disappointed. These are baked fresh, with a generous amount of tasty frosting. These cinnamon rolls are exactly how cinnamon rolls should be. These easily rank in the top 2 or 3 that we've ever had. We'll be repeat customers, and I highly suggest you call and order a half dozen in advance as well. They are big, tasty, and priced right. Nicely done, Frank and team!
Great breads and baked goods. Delicious sandwiches. Turkey, avocado and bacon is a favorite. A little tricky to get in and out of depending on traffic but worth it.
