Great place it has really improved since our last visit. The service was great and very polite. We also had an excellent meal brought to us with minimal waiting. The downside is the actual portions, and the gourmet food isn't really there, but it is still a lot better than what it used to be. There is no real need to dress up. I saw a lot of people wearing whatever, but that may be because of the location. It's in front of the mall so as restraunts go after walking around the mall it is a great stop and kind of refreshing.
I will never understand why they need such a huge menu. I guess it balances the 37 choices for dessert just a bit. The food is decent. No idea why it is all so high in calories. They have a "skinnylicious" menu, which was actually pretty good. I had the white chicken chili. Not sure why you go here in the first place if you are counting calories, nothing about "cheesecake factory" screams "healthy".
Delicious as always. Service was great, drinks were tasty and food was perfect! Had the spicy rigatoni vodka, raspberry lemon drop and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake!

The family and I wanted to go here for my birthday dinner, but it was way too long of a wait when we were really just wanting to get some drinks. So, a couple weeks later for my brother's birthday, we decided to get a reservation here, which is really the only way to eat here without having to wait. If we hadn't made a reservation, we would've easily waited at least an hour (it was a Friday evening anyway). We were seated promptly and that was that.
We all know so many places are understaffed right now so any wait is totally understandable. There were a few instances where we were looking for our waitress and couldn't find her, but that was really the only negative of the experience. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were impeccable as usual. The drinks were SUPER expensive (especially my mom's which was actually a pretty tiny glass) but my drink was cheaper by $1 and I had a bigger drink (it was also SO GOOD and blended perfectly. My brother said his spicy chicken sandwich was the best sandwich he's ever tasted so we love that. My friend mac and cheese balls were to die for, and my parents really liked their flatbread pizza and mushroom burger too. Too bad our whole family our cheapskates, otherwise I would love to come back here more often.
We went in for a quick snack and a drink and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the taco lettuce wraps and attentive service. This was a perfect pit stop for a day at the mall and would take this over anything for sale inside. Didn't get any cheesecake (I know!) but we'll be back...
Food here is always consistent and the portions are definitely very big (great for sharing or leftovers). What I did want to highlight was our amazing server, Jeremiah! He did a fantastic job and was constantly on top of making sure we had everything we needed. He’s definitely a very kind and charismatic employee and made this experience today fantastic. Thank you, Jeremiah!
Great food! Service was AMAZING. My kids had never been and they were so pleased. We all left full plus with doggie bags. Brought home carrot cake, Oreo cheesecake, and salted caramel cheesecake. They were all delicious but the Oreo is always my favorite.

Their cheesecake is a 10 out of 10 but I haven't had another dish that is worth menu price. I go because I'm invited, and I try something different everytime, but I'm disappointed. There are no objective reasons why, their flavor profile does not mesh with my pallet. Service is excellent, the setting is excellent. Every cheesecake I've tried has been excellent.
Moving into the neighborhood and wanted to find the closest place to eat some delicious food. We were definitely not disappointed by it. This has some great food and dessert. And if you're local then you already know about this place.
I have just recently started to go to The cheesecake factory. I've heard a lot of good recommendations from Friends. After dining at this establishment I realize that my friends stories were true. The atmosphere is wonderful. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hamburger patty was a little overcooked, but the rest of the food was perfect. And of course the cheesecake was the highlight of power evening. I will definitely continue to enjoy returning to this establishment
