Chef Sobie is my favorite chef. My 5 stars are from the sauces that he sells to the past and current items on his menu. The only thing that rivals the amazing taste of his food is the presentation of his food. His customer service gets 5 stars as well. He wants to make sure you enjoy your meal. I love how creative and willing he is to try something new. I miss the red velvet waffle lol. I’ve taken friends and family to try his food and they all love it and come back on their own. Go try his food!
The black bean burger is slamming. The best I've ever had. Chef Sobie was super cool and puts a lot of love into his food. Then I had to get some fries to try his homemade ranch dressing & hot sauce! I got 2 bottles of hot sauce for the road so I can make cauliflower wings at home! Thank you chef Sobie!
I was put onto chef sobies back in 2018 when his food truck would be at ghost river every Sunday selling his delicious Cornish hen. It only took trying it that one time and after that I was a regular EVERY single Sunday. Nothing like chicken and beer! I can honestly say I could never get tired of the food chef sobie has to offer to Memphis. Now that he has opened his spot on Beale street I have attended every Sunday for his brunch. You can never go wrong at Flying Sobies. Don't let him bring back the chicken salad on a croissant, then I might be there every day!! I'm not kidding folks, it's that good!!
This was my first time at Flying Sobie’s Gourmet Kitchen and I was not disappointed!!! I was so surprised that he had chicken sausage because I do not eat beef or pork! The chicken sausage was delicious! The chicken and waffles were amazing!! Definitely a positive reason to come to Beale Street!!
