I visited your Shelby dr location and had discrepancies with my order. Lashonda not only came out to my car to see what was wrong,she had the best attitude I seen in a while. At first I wanted a refund but with good people like her on the frontline, you have to let her redeem herself and her customer service made me more than happy to just take a remake. Everything was nice and hot and perfectly made with love. THANK YOU LASHONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been eating her for 12 years, and I have yet to have any issues. The manager is straightforward with the customers in a good way. The food is always hot and fresh.
The drive-thru is a bot. There seemed to be only 1 guy working, but he handled my very large order seamlessly in less than 10 minutes 😃
Shay was amazing she offered extremely professional and courteous service we even bought two apple pies just because she was so nice. I hope that she becomes the manager if she's not and trains everyone to be just like her. I don't know if it was that she was nice and the food tasted better because of that or if this location actually had better food. But overall it was an amazing experience and she was the best part of it!
Food is very much worth the price. I'mma start going here more often.

Food was really good like always but it was very greasy and the service was ok. The best one is the one on Mt Moriah. It's my absolute fave!
Shelby Drive Checkers on today 7/4/22 @ around 1:30 pm the customer service was over and beyond great and the food was hot and good as well!!! I really appreciate this visit because things have gotten so bad at fast food spots!Ty so much Checkers!!Greatly appreciated
