Much improved since last review. Still the occasional missing item on a mobile order, which is my usual method of ordering, but can definitely notice an improvement.
Was very surprised today when they apologized for long wait (I didn't feel it was particularly long) and even offerede small coupon gesture, which I had no idea they even did.
So whatever methods they're doing to increase the customer facing service, it's working.
I like taco bell a great deal, plus I hadn't had them in years since I became vegan for several years. It is definitely a nice place to stop and pickup a quick Mexican meal if you want one. I tried the Mexican pizza during my last trip and in my opinion it was awful, the worst taco bell dish I've ever had.

Decent cheap food and it's hard to complain with their prices, but they definitely need to start using better quality lettuce and tomatoes and teach the staff to put cinnamon and sugar on the twists. The last 4 times I've gotten them there was not a single speck of either on my twists - just puffed crispy air.
This location hits every time lately.
Food hot and correct. It was not always like this but I definitely appreciate the change.
I don't eat meat so I substitute a lot when I order and they take care of me
This taco bell was actually fairly good for how late we were there. We had a bit of trouble finding something on the kiosk, and the employees then helped us out at the register. They were friendly enough, and the place seemed fairly clean. The music was way too loud though.
Visited 6/24/23 in early hours and the young man working the drive thru was very professional and had a great attitude. Just wanted to give a thanks to a already unwanted visit that late. But thanks to his hospitality I will return
Chick on the mic last night was bugging. She needed a nap for real for real. Everyone else was cool tho.
Pretty quick service through drive through. Must use the kiosk to order inside. Clean and condiments stocked in the lobby
When I went through the drive through it was extremely fast. They had really kind people working and my aunt and I were laughing with them about random things but they were extremely kind. They got the entire order correct even my aunt who's was extremely longer than my list of items. But overall it was great considering how terrible most fast food places are with there line in the drive through, employees, prices, or something. This place was great and also has a menu that is big enough to read anything on, and instead of just calories instead of a price (mcdonalds I'm looking at you) they actually at least say it clearly.
I visited this place last Thursday to try out
their recent $5 Chicken chalupa box and feed the house. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and how accommodating they were to my preferences. I hope to visit this place again to try out their breakfast offerings in the future.
