When we arrived it was a 15 minute wait time, which was fine! We got seated and you could clearly see there was an issue with the building at the bar. Water was dripping steadily, no patrons could order from the bar. I ordered something different and all of it was Great! The server was on point! Danesa.... I ordered a mango lemonade it was so good I almost stood up lol. My friend had blackberry lemonade and she was singing a happy tune. The portions were nice sizes. I've never had brown queso and it was delicious!
The food here was simply delectable. I ordered the 3 for 10.99. The deal is one of the best deals I've ever had. The total ticket was under $25. The server was kind and professional and very speedy. This is my new go-to spot whenever I'm looking for something tasty to eat. One of the best food spots in Memphis. There is a little wait time because the place is very crowded but it is well worth the wait.
Ordered online for pick-up; food was delicious but using the website, and activating our gift card, was a nightmare. We actually ended up having to pay out of pocket for one of the orders.
The bowl of Chili was way too 🔥 🥵, ridiculous. Even my husband who likes hot food agreed. What is in your chili 🤔? Food should be fixed for everyone's taste not some. My main food order was as ordered, thanks. I enjoyed everything but the Chili.
OMG...I loved the great customer services here. Our Server AL was awesome In serving us and his timing was impeccable. My order was the Appetizer: Loaded Fries & Salad Entree: Cajun Chicken Pasta. My niece order was the Appetizer: Queso with Spinach Dip & Chips Entree Sizzling Fajita & Nephew had the Ribs. Our food came out fresh hot and delicious. Compliments to the the staff and Chef. Thank you all for a wonderful dining experience. Will revisit again.
It was very delicious and all within my budget and the waiter was wonderful and of course I had to tip and on top of that it wasn't crowded it was clean staff were kind patient and fast with seating and taking your order and I dined by myself and I will definitely come again
The Chipotle Bowl was quite good. I haven't eaten at Chili's in 10-15 years and was pleasantly surprised by the food.
They need some additional help in the to-go area. I waited about 15 min for my curbside order and finally went in to get it. There were about 5 people in line in the to-go area.
Update:Went back with a gift card my family was given to try it again. Ordered Hand-Battered Crispers. They were the best my kids had ever had (according to them,) and the portions were large. A little greasy, but they were fried, so not unexpected. Furthermore, they did redo my steak from the post before, the next day (after the visit/post), and the cook did an excellent job. My experience has thus been hit or miss, so I'm upgrading my review to a 4. I would've posted photos of the food that was good, but we ate it, so you'll just have to take my word for it. Corporate management was very helpful.

Do not ever eat at this restaurant. My to go order was incomplete, and was late coming out by about 30 minutes. I got home and ate 2 bites of steak, enough to see that the steak was not medium rare, but well done. I had also ordered mango tea, and a chocolate milk for my daughter. The rest of the order was fine, so I'll leave that out.
When my kids and I were done eating, minus the steak I had not finished even half of, a very tiny steak, that I STILL did not eat, for the purpose of bringing it back as evidence, I returned to the restaurant with said steak and spoke to Shanna who claimed I had eaten the steak, the steak I had good faith was cooked appropriately until I had had a couple of bites, the steak that I SHOWED her, photos included. It was not much larger than this to begin with. I have no idea how large it was supposed to be as I'd never eaten here before, but I was hungry, so I tried to work with this tiny little steak. I tried.
She reimbursed me for the drinks saying that they had no chocolate milk, even though I had paid for it, and they'd sent me on my way. So tonight. I went to Chili's. I ate two bites of an overcooked steak. I was dismissed by the manager as having eaten said presented steak, and I still didn't get to eat. I didn't get the mango tea I had ordered. Shanna, if you do reply, with your rude civility, after telling me to have a good night. Maybe you don't care about customer service, but I happen to have a higher standard. This experience was substandard. I will never eat here again, and I will be telling my friends, who may or may not tell me I should've known, to also never eat here. I'll go to Huey's next time. Anywhere but here. I would've had better luck at Wendy's. Livid.
*The manager was awful. I have no complaints regarding the other employees. It was busy and I know these things happen, but the overcooked steak issue could have been resolved in a way that wouldn't have lost a customer.
Enjoyed a tasty meal using the 2 for $25 deal- we even had leftovers! Our waitress was so nice and personable too!
My dad wanted to come here on a Thursday night and it was a pleasant experience.
They had more waitresses so the service was decent. We sat at the bar to watch the Thursday Night Football game.
I ordered 2 for 1 Well Cocktail, side salad, and chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. No complaints. The food tasted good and the service was good. Nothing spectacular.
