They made my Ice Mocha right the 1st time!!!! My food was hot. I was pleasantly surprised to see all men working the breakfast shift. Great attitudes and very courteous.

Over the past few years I’ve seen a lot of improvements . The manager has a natural care for what he’s doing . The crew definitely are more friendly and it’s not freezing in the lobby anymore . Food is hot and fresh .

Wonderful service at the drive though today 10/26/22. I deliver. Great customer service and fast. All McDonald's should operate in this fashion. I don't usually work this area but, it was a pleasure today....great job!

Despite getting accosted by a homeless man while trying to order, this is the nicest McDonalds I’ve been to in the Memphis area. I went at 3 am and they were open and nice.
