Report it to 4725 Showcase Blvd. had a hankering for some pancakes tried the omelette with three pancakes and coffee got my lunch to go cowboy Texas burger with onion rings had a little problem with adding my points The manager didn’t know how it worked I tried to add points to my account but that wasn’t working overall it was a good visit. Service was great pancakes was outstanding omelette was delicious 😋

Typical IHOP location, enough space and the service was quick. Food was fine but nothing spectacular. Good place to eat if looking for something open late at night or early morning.
Friendly service! Great vibe and family friendly!! Kids eat free and .it’s open 24 hours. The servers were all wonderful and the food was quality. Will be back.
I have frequented this IHOP many times in the past and it is one of my favorites. Although this time I would’ve immediately given them a bad review because the front desk person alone wasn’t able to accommodate for the amount of customers coming in with orders both online and in person, as well as customers dining in. I would also like to address the air conditioning issues. This may have been possibly an issue only for this day but I hope this restaurant isn’t always that hot as I noticed they may be under new management. that can easily run customers out of there on the temperature alone. I will continue to come to this location despite my recent experience because the service from the waiters/waitresses was excellent and the food as well.
We had a bit of a wait. Hostess was amazing. Food was fresh, hot,and delicious. I will return.
The food is always good here. The service is usually great to. You might run into a few not so great service employees here every once in a while but it's usually ok.

While on a Business Trip we decided to visit this location, the Customer Service was amazing. The location was very clean and the food was delicious. As a Travel Business Owner if #ImagineDatVacation I get the opportunity to gather as much information as I can to present to my client whether good or bad and it helps them decide if they'd like to visit or not.
The early morning waitress is awesome, always fun. Food was good. Chicken fajita omelet and pancakes!
