Made to order fresh hamburgers and french fries. Excellent service excellent food and a really cool atmosphere. Love the tables. Give it a try next time you’re over in Germantown Tennessee. By the way they also have big televisions on the wall so you can watch sporting events . Restaurant was nice and clean and you can see them cook your food so you know it’s done right.

First and foremost to get this out of the way, I have had some sub par experiences here but I go here enough(2-3 times a week) to be able to give a fair and honest review. If you are reading this right now please ignore some of the 1 star reviews because they only go once and never go back a second or third time to see if their experience there is consistent. Now I do very much enjoy this place and the food, but the attire of some of the employees is very questionable at times; however, that isn't going to turn me away because they have the best burger patty I have ever tasted in Memphis. I only get one thing off the menu so I can't speak for all of their food, but what I get is consistently the best burger I have had in Memphis, if not in general. Another thing I want to touch up on is the wait time... This isn't fast food, they don't have the patties precooked because they want you to have a freshly grilled patty when you get it. I would be giving this place a 4/5 stars mainly because of some of the sub-par experiences, no one is perfect though, but I am giving it a 5/5 because of some of the unfair 1 star reviews. If you are reading this, go multiple times to confirm your experience and review. Edit(9/21/2018): My past 5 experiences here has been 3/5 at best, from undercooked or overcooked burgers and fries. New employees have come in and I get that they are still learning and what not. I'll give them a little bit before I do any adjustments to my review.

I visited today after the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad that I did. This burger was so juicy and well seasoned. The fries were hot and seasoned well. The team was very engaging. I will definitely be returning for more of these delicious burgers.

We love The Burger Joint as a great place for a quality burger. It takes a few minutes, since they cook them to order, but the wait is worth it every time. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended from a very picky eater.

The food and atmosphere was AMAZING! Absolutely going to eat here again. There were only technical nitpicky things wrong, and that's definitely doesn't spoil the experience. Taste just like cooking on the grill outside, and the garlic fries have awesome flavor with REAL garlic not just seasoning.
