At the drive-through, I was greeted with a smiling voice. (It's hard and uncommon in the city.) I was a little taken back by the amount I had spent, so I made a terrible joke. Rather than making me feel bad, the young man obliged with a joke. I felt much better even though my joke was in poor taste. He made a joke, and we both laughed. At that moment, I knew I was dealing with a professional. Kareem is not only friendly but punctual and diligent. He doesn't deserve to be at the window. He needs to be promoted or given a pay increase where he'd be making double. The fact of the matter is this is the way every McDonald's employee should be trained. Kareem ought to be in the next commercial.
Just got a hot fudge sundae. Something simple & nostalgic and Erica went the extra mile to find some type of topping for me. Super thoughtful & great service. Thanks Erica.

It was a wet, rainy day. Floors were dangerous, but, the staff DID have the yellow caution cones in place(s). I ordered the returning McRib and wanted sauce separate, but, they have no bbq sauce packets. I am a long-time McD's patron since 1968.
Dude, chick- fil-a is always flawless. This one is especially so!! They are a 10. Customer service goes so far with me, and they are damn near perfect each time
The location is definitely different! The restaurant is positioned weird, so you have to cross drive-thru traffic to get inside. The two customers that were there were 'handicapped' (and I actually am). The food was so greasy that I had to draw it off with napkins. The cups weren't insulated, so I would wipe off the condensation.
It was fine ... just different.
Customer service when ordering and paying was great. Line moved a little slow, from where I was in kine in the phototo exiting the lot took 13 minutes. My order was correct, food was hot and fresh. Had condiments and napkins in bag. Overall good experience.
Now this is how McDonald’s is supposed to run! The staff was friendly, the food was hot and quick. Nothing but good things to say about this location.

One of my favorite locations. Food is always fresh, never had a cold, stale or burnt french fry. They always have my favorite sweet treat; which is a large Mocha Frappe. My only complaint is the drive-thru service. It's always a certain time that drive-thru is slow. They will literally take 1 order at a time and before taking the next order; the car in front has to get their food and drive off. Overall it's one of the best.
