Food here is always great I just wish that when the Chow Mien gets low they don't transfer the cabbage to the next batch. My plate was more vegetables then noodles my last visit I was there.

I visited this location for the first time. It’s located just next to Walmart. They were out of a lot of things. I ordered penance chicken, noodles and black pepper chicken. Food was good. Customer service was good. I would say the food price are pocket friendly.
First of all, I love this place. If you want to eat fast and healthy, this is the place for you. Large portions at very reasonable prices, and veggies are available.
My first time in was amazing. I was helped by a very nice man, who made recommendations for my dietary needs. That visit was a home run.
Today's visit: Not so much. The place didn't even unlock the doors until 11:20. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a chicken egg roll. And the gal behind the counter was - well, let's just say she wasn't the man I met during my first visit.
Maybe today was an anomaly. But when the place is running smoothly, this is where you want to be. I'm a fan.
First time in this one. I love Panda Express every once in a while. It was clean and our service was fine. But they didn't seem to have alot of the food ready yet. Granted we were there a little early, maybe 11:40. But there were quite a few empty pans. Food was great though, nice and hot and tasty. The crew working were nice and everything looked clean.
Nice American-Chinese fast food restaurant. U can see the employees cook the food. They don't cook such a large amount that the food sits in the warmer and dries out. This means your food is usually fresh and hot when served to you. There are many tasty food items. My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp (it's a premium item, so they charge a little extra).
The Germantown store is A LOT better all the way around! The employees are cheerful, seem to have a good working relationship and it shows in the food! Great taste! The one in Collierville, I WON'T return there!! You can ONLY USE THE DRIVE THRU... sign on door says short- staffed. But their food was NOT GOOD. Chow mein tasted old, like it had been saved from previous days!!
Though only 6 of us in there at time. They got us in and out fast. Best buy for food if you close to a location. Had plenty served. Had left a Oriental restaurant wanting 20$ per person. Here, well 11$ will visit any Panada over restaurant. No tip required LOL
Customer service was excellent & took good care of my order. My egg rolls were hot & fresh. Even the sauce was hot. I haven't tried their rice dishes yet but I hope they don't disappoint. If the egg rolls were a sign, it could mean great things.
We went for lunch. The place was clean.The Panda foods were hot and fresh and the service was quick. I will be back.
