Was not busy this night ordered through app paid at store with card and picked up order fresh hot and ready. Great staff and very helpful
Vanessa (idk where she's located) handled my call very well. She confirmed my phone number, confirmed a different time frame, and even gave me a $5 credit after replacing one of the veggies. Simply lovely woman.
Ordered via the app on my phone. I saw that they had a "NEW" pizza, " Cheesesteak" and I had had a competitors version of this type before and decided to give it a try. FANTASTIC PIZZA!!!!!! My husband had never tried this before and he ate HALF of the large I ordered of the Cheesesteak pizza!!! Keep this flavor and I can guarantee at least biweekly orders of this.
This Pizza Hut is the best. I have not visited in a while. My pizzas were perfect, thoroughly enjoyed!

I ordered on-line. This was my most delicious lunch all week! When I went to pick up the pizzas, they were ready to go and the woman who brought them to me was very kind and friendly. We will definitely be ordering again from this location :-)
While working at this location you all have to understand that our order is made fresh. If you want double beef it is an EXTRA charge it is never free. Delivery closes EVERYDAY @4pm, and yes our drive thru is long. That is only because people place their orders at the same time. We can NOT control how many orders are placed at once. We do try to conduct good and prompt service, but it is hard when you’re being rushed by people who feel as if you are of higher Standards than you. All because you work for a pizza place. If you want fast food, go to Little Ceasers down the street and pay $5. If not wait in line, and appreciate the effort we put into making our food. Thank ya 😊😘
The location in frayser is outstanding and their customer service skills are great. I've never had any issues with this location at all and I always refer pizza hut to my family members and Friends.
