Went in today( unlike last week) and it was a nice quiet place to eat. Got waited on very quickly buy a friendly little waitress. Got my food very quickly and exactly what I ordered.
Last week I complained about the music being so loud, I couldn't enjoy my meal for all the screaming music. Not everybody has the same taste in music, but someone constantly hitting high notes at 5:30 in the morning is unnerving. I thought if I heard. "where you at boy", one more time I was going to become unhinged.
Total reversal today. It was a nice quiet enjoyable place to eat. I will go back.
Quick To-Go experience: Ordered 3 breakfast meals by phone on a Sunday at 10 a.m.. Pulled in 10 minutes later, and my order was ready to go. Order was hot, correct, and with all the requested condiments and utensils. This location is a busy place, but they seem to be well prepared for it. There were several cooks on the kitchen side, and wait staff kept busy serving and clearing. Parking lot needs some TLC, but dinning/kitchen area was in good order.
This was my second time visiting this location. My son and I decided to check it out the day before after our flight. The morning staff was awesome. I never seen a team in a fast food restaurant work as good as they did. Despite it being busy, they adequately and effectively met the needs of the customers from taking the orders, calling the orders, pick-ups and cash-outs. That is the reasons why my son and I returned the very next day. This time it was during the evening and it was pretty slow; however, the staff’s conversation was extremely inappropriate. I only will return during the morning service. That is the reason why I gave it 4 stars!
They have some of the best food. The people who work there are friendly and they make you laugh when you are there. They have people distancing the 6 ft. We get food from there at least twice a week. I have lupus and I can't do a lot of stuff I use to. It's good to know my family will get feed well by them and you not breaking the bank doing so.
My only complaint about Waffle House is that they don't have them where I live. Every trip south requires that I have breakfast here at least twice. Delicious and reasonably priced...much better than the breakfast "houses".
