One of the most amazing pizza establishments I’ve had the honor of experiencing (other countries included). The ingredients are either made in-house or imported from the best sources. Everyone here took the patience and enthusiasm to answer our questions about ingredients and offer personal taste combinations. The atmosphere is a unique vibe apart other pizza places, a “hole-in-the-wall” gem simultaneously giving the feeling of a grand wood-fire grill cove. Justin treated us like friends from home, making the food taste that much better. He and the people who put their time and craft in to Elemento genuinely care for the restaurant and each person who walks in.
Enjoyed the atmosphere and pizza. I would have loved for the crust to be more solid and not flimsy but either or, the pizza was delicious. I did order double chicken and it still was barely any on the pizza. But it was only a dollar so maybe that was normal. I will definitely be back to try other pizzas tho
This is a phenomenal pizzeria. This is the most authentic Italian-style pizza I have had outside of Italy. The slightly blackened edges and the light char on the bottom add the deep flavor profile that is found on the best wood-fire pizzas in Naples. The ingredients are fresh, and they use the absolute best tomatoes for the sauce - San Marzano. The sauce has the perfect, light consistency. If you want really thick and sugary sauce, rigid cardboard crust, and way too many ingredients and toppings, stick with Pizza Hut and Dominos. If you want an authentic Italian pizza experience, you will not find a better place.
Great tasting food! My favorite pizzas are the Margherita & the Quarttro Formaggi. The mozzarella on the Margherita was out of this world - just plain magnificent! The atmosphere is a clean meld of rustic and modern. The staff were attentive and polite! I highly recommend!
Excellent Italian pizza, thin crispy crust with good chew. The ingredients are fresh, even the herbs. Also try the burrata, presented beautifully, tastes great. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They make the experience even better. Even though it's a counter-service type restaurant, they checked on us and we're great hosts.
Hip interior and Neapolitan style wood fired pizza. It's counter serve but high quality. Small menu. The crust was that crispy-chewy-charred style. Yum!
It has a relaxed, cozy atmosphere. The pizzas we tried were flavorful and filling. The service was prompt and friendly. We will definitely go back ☺🍕
Great quick service. The meatballs with mozzarella were absolutely fantastic. Pizza came out quick. Wish the the crust was little more firm but the taste was amazing. Minimalistic interior fits well. Only downside is the ambient noise is very loud and it's hard to hear someone in conversation.
The pizza exceeded our expectations! The portions were generous and the pizza was absolutely delicious. They make homemade mozzarella in house which is hard to find in Memphis. It was delicious! The service was great and fast. We will definitely be going back sooner rather than later!
I don't even know where to start!!!! But before I get into how delicious the pizzas were, I have to speak on how nice the staff were. I mean on a scale to 1-10... I'd give them a 12. They make their own Mozzarella in house. I was literally drooling just from talking to one of the owners about how they make their product. This guy was the Micheal Jordon of pizza. I'd trust him blindfolded with my pizza anyway. I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and will most definitely recommend to place as one of my top places to eat in Memphis.
