We went here for lunch and it was a little busy. Our service was a little slow but they have a really tasty and reasonable $7 lunch special.
Very fast. Called it in and it was ready in minutes. Only thing is, is that it seems that no one there speaks English - makes it a little difficult when ordering by phone. Other than that the marinated beef is nice and these egg rolls that come with it are amazing! Good times....
Ate here a couple of times. Evening meal was a spicy hot squid dish. Quite tasty. Lunch was bugogi special. Also good.
For Memphis, this place is pretty good. It's as authentic as you're going to get. If you're Korean, this place may not rank up there. But if you are open minded, wanting to try decent Korean food without traveling to NYC or LA or South Korea, give this place a try. I give it 3 stars out of 5. Passable, tasty, authentic food.
What a fun dining option! Knowing we were a bit out of our element we let our waitress select the items. We ended up with several marinated meat dished cooked at the table that you wrap in lettuce, a unique fried rice dish, egg and dumpling soup, an unforgettable seafood "pancake", and an assortment of picked sides. Everything was great and the service was friendly, consultive, and attentive.
Korean for Real. Very enjoyable experience at this ethnic restaurant. The food was freshly prepared and good. We had the shrimp fried rice and the sliced beef/vegetable rice bowl. The food came with a variety of kimchi, which was unique and delicious. Prices are fair. Lunch Menu is really good and priced lower.

I have missed bulgogi since moving to Memphis. Tried it at several other places and it just wasn't exactly what I'm used to. This place is it!!! I actually tried kimchi for the first time. Omg. I've been missing out for 36 years of amazing stuff! I get the bulgogi lunch special! I can never finish it all and take home like half of it!
Now to discuss the service. There is a new lady. She doesn't understand much. She seems to be trying to learn. Previous visits tho it's always been the lady from the back who takes my order. So she is running back and forth to not burn people's food. Which some may seem as rude, but I just think she is concerned about the food quality.
Overall: Give this place a try! It will NOT disappoint at all!!

The food here is amazing!!! If you want an authentic Korean restaurant, look no further. For service, please remember that the lovely lady who runs it is Korean and she is not the overly attentive server that is typical of American restaurants. The food comes out quick and hot. I go out of my way to come here when I crave good Korean food.
Looks kinda dumpy from the outside but service was good, food came out fast hot and was good altogether.
First time coming to this Korean restaurant and very impressed with the food. This is a type of restaurant that you can't judge it by the cover of its location or even on the inside. Very friendly and polite staff with attention to detail.

This is our favorite Korean restaurant in Memphis at all time. The wait is a bit tiring but it is worth it for the quality of their foods. Never disappointed.

This place is always a winner with me. It is small and dated but good food. I have tried almost everything on the menu and it is always fantastic.
Really good food and good price. I highly recommend the chicken dishes.
