I love this place. Fresh ingredients are used to make the pizza just they way I like it. It's a popular place, especially during lunch, so the waitstaff are super busy, but never rude. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great food, great price! The staff is kind and courteous. When my day is challenging, Pyro's is my pick me up spot.
Delicious pizza and salad everytime! Staff is really nice and quick in turning over orders.
Stopped by Pyros while charging up my Tesla! Kind staff, fast food, and good quality! It's not the best pizza in the world but it's far better than Mod or the other fast food pizzas I've had. Would highly recommend to those who are stopping through Memphis on their road trips!
Their cups are also of very high quality... Will probably keep the plastic Togo cup instead of tossing it!
1st time having Pyro's and it was delicious. I would suggest ordering in person or over the phone and going inside to pickup your order. They missed my "check in" but the manager, Demarco, was AMAZING! Very kind and excellent customer service. I will be back.
Service could use some help, there are some people working at this place who don't seem to care about paying attention to customers and will finish their conversations first before acknowledging you. Communication is a bit lacking so lots of times my sweet bites will be missed from my order. That and depending on the people working, it could take up to 40-45 mins to get your food. If you're coming for lunch break you'll probably do better to get it to go because there's no telling if you'll get your food in time to eat it there. The food itself is good though. They really load your pizza up if you ask for it and they always cook it well so the crust is crispy but not burnt.
Had a great experience when I went here for lunch with a friend. She introduced me to the cauliflower pizza crust, which I didn’t know they had. It was really good as the base for my pesto veggie pizza. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about the ingredients. The staff was very conscious of cross contamination when handling the food.
Never has a bad experience on ridgeway. Customer service is great and the food. So glad the cauliflower crust pizza taste better and better vegan cheese.

Went here for a small bite to eat after traveling all day. I built my own buffalo chicken pizza.....I added bacon. They cook fast in a wood oven and are thin and crispy. You start with the dough and size, pick a sauce, cheese and toppings. How could you go wrong.
Being able to pick fresh toppings and have your pizza prepared in front of you was an amazing experience. To watch your food being prepared from start to finish is a experience itself.
Very nice spot for a quick pizza they could be better but I guess from Memphis there a great. I love the option of making your own pizza but it's incredible how they don't have some of the most popular ingredients such as arugula apple slices thinn cut onions instead of onions chopped into dices, beets and many more other ingredients. Nonetheless very nice place with a nice open kitchen rather quick at their preparing filling bath thing is there a little forgetful and they mess up the orders but at the end the broad everything as it was supposed to be took him a while but they made it. I will probly go back unfortunately Memphis gives me limited options.
