I really liked this place looks better inside than looks from outside, decoration nice, the colors on the wall makes you feel welcoming peaceful ,clean, good service cafe con leche delicious portion size good.. I will really recommend cafe 23 to my friends and family..
I love the food. It's nice to be able to have options of Puerto Rican food or something Cuban, it's mixed Latin American food. Their jibaritos are AMAZING. I've only known ham jibaritos but I tried their steak and it's my fav now. I was always afraid to try the steak since every time I ever got a jibaritos was ham but now I love the steak. Their empanadas or as others call it pastelillos are amazing as well. I love this place and I love the convenience that when I want something Latin American I have a place close by that I can eat instead of heading for the city. I live in the burbs so this is perfect, only 10 min from where I live. I'm becoming a regular. And not to forget their cafe con Leche is so good. I'm not a hot coffee drinker; I like cold coffee but this I'll drink.
Been going there for years. Moved to Texas 15 years ago but everything I am out here I have to go to Scudiero's. Food is great. People are very nice. They treat you like family.

Great place for a quick bite. The pizza is great and inexpensive. I've also had the Italian sub and meatball sandwiches. Delicious!
It was my first time there and the owner attended me very cool guy. People go for the food but return because of the hospitality. Very authentic Italian food, I liked the sandwich I got 😋.
The italian sandwich is fantastic! Nice little italian sub shop/pizzeria/bakery. Grab some homemade cookies too! Family owned!
