Kassi is amazing!!! She was so patient with me trying to figure out what to eat. I haven't had Popeyes in some years and she recommended the bacon and cheese sandwich. It was sooo good and the Mac n cheese was perfect. Just the right amount of cheese and didn't need to add any pepper.
Really wish Popeyes would do a major overhaul on the entire operation. I've been to different states and all have the same bad as customer service and NEVER HAVE CHICKEN READY! Chicken too good to have such horrible customer service in every store.
Popeye's chicken is consistently the best fried chicken I can get from a fast food place. It is very crunchy with great flavor - both the traditional and spicy varieties. The chicken sandwiches are great, also. I recently had the blackened chicken sandwich and it is one I will get as long as they have it. The biscuits are awesome and the other sides are good. Today I got some of the strawberry biscuits and they were very good!
Been to this location many times on my trips to Kings Island and every visit I get great service and the best chicken of any Popeyes I been to,and this past Saturday I was really hungry and the manager let me get in the drive thru because the lobby was already closed,Thank you for staying open long enough for me to get in the drive thru line.Thats above and beyond that deserves recognition
I personally didn’t experience any issues at this location for a dine in order. I used a coupon from their app so the food was discounted. The tenders came out hot, and they got all of the sauces I requested correct. I was also fortunate enough to not be charged for the sauces, which other locations frequently do. The fries were warm, I would have liked them to be a little hotter though, so that’s why I took away a star. Overall, I think this location is great for dine in.

Companies are using 'Ghost Pepper' as marketing gimmick. Then serve up weak Ghost pepper wings which are less hot than spicy chicken sandwich or their spicy chicken tenders. Location is clean. People who served were professional polite no complaints about that.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, and the food was great. I love Popeye chicken.
I haven't been to Popeye's in a while. The red beans and rice and coleslaw didn't disappoint. The biscuit was rock hard, but was delicious after a few seconds in the home microwave. The drive-thru service was quick, but fairly sterile. I would definitely visit more often if there was a grilled chicken option.
The chicken was a little dry. The mango lemonade was very good.
