Stopped in today for lunch. The food was yummy, but the server was the real treat! Such a kind, outgoing man! We commented on this even after leaving the restaurant. If only everyone could be so friendly! Find more folks like him and hire them all!
We never have had any problem with quality of food or service. Once my husbands soup was cold but our server apologized and immediately took it and came back with hot soup. Store was clean service was fast and we eat there often! We carry our Grandsons there and they love it because they get extra cherries 🍒 and the servers are always so kind to 3 year old twin boys who can at times get loud. I have no complaints that they won't fix and always with a smile!
First time having a salad from there and I must say it was delicious! Service was great but it seems they're not really interested in the customer enjoying the rewards program. The computer rewards system was broken and by the way the dust was built up on the equipment, looks like its been that way for quite some time.

The food was wonderful and hot/fresh, the wait was not long, and our waitress was polite and professional and friendly. Worth going even if you just get the milkshake. Yummy.
Also one on one dates with all my kids! They treat us very well and come to the tables for refills or to add dessert or milkshakes etc..
Service is usually decent, some servers are amazing. Sometimes wait time to get seated can be a while (we've waited up to 30+ minutes before). On this particular occasion our kids noted there was gum stuck to the bottom of every table we were sat at. It's not usually like that. There were also only 4 other tables there and 3 waitresses on the floor. The first waitresses that seated us passed us off to another waitress without us asking, who was awesome, but we had to wait for a while on food.
