The sandwiches were quite good and different than what you can get at other sub places. However, the service was very unfriendly - the person taking the order made no eye contact, didn’t smile, and didn’t say thank you after completing the order. These are little things that are actually important for providing a positive customer experience.

Great sub shop indeed. Uses excellent fresh baked bread and top quality ingredients. I pretty much always get the smokehouse brisket sub, as its pretty much their best known sub.
