Learned something new. A Japchae is noodle dish with sweet potato noodles. The noodles looked semitransparent and tasted slightly sweet. Went very well with the sauce and the beef. Also had the pork and shrimp potstickers. I used some of the tasty Kim Kim sauce that they have on every table on the potstickers. That's a great sauce and I am going to try to get it online. Had two of their ramen noodles and they were very good but I would have liked more veggies and toppings. Overall I think it's a great place for noodles. I did not try their other dishes but they looked amazing when they passed by.

Food was great! The grilled short rib bulgogi had a very tasty hot sauce & good combos for a lettuce wrap, although some of the pieces of meat were pretty chewy. The khao soi was absolutely delicious, but be prepared to get messy- you pull the meat off the chicken leg in it. The service was subpar though. The hostess continued to tell us "it would only be a few more minutes to get sat;" we were told 20 minutes initially and waited over twice that while watching people walk in and be seated before us. They finally came to seat us & turns out they thought we only wanted a booth in the noodle bar, but we didn't want to be in the noodle bar in the first place. They found us a nice booth in the main room pretty soon after, but it was still disappointing that they didn't attempt to clarify or communicate with us about the wait list. And then the waiter was not very attentive & we were served by at least 3 different people. Be very careful to clarify exactly where you want to & are willing to sit!

Yum yum city! Finally stopped here to get the big egg roll, we tried these loaded waffle fries w all the extra toppings. Absolutely delish! Went back for the chicken sandwich today (sorry, I started to eat it before i could get a picture) and we got the fries again to share. These are the fries from my dreams.11/10 would recommend!

Food wasn't quite to my taste, but was an interesting spin on a burger. My friend's fish sandwich looked more appealing to me, and they agreed. Need another try to make a solid judgement for or against, but seemed like a good place to grab a bite.

The pho was great! Very delicious. The house ramen I was unimpressed by. As a side note, the music was not my favorite for the atmosphere.

First, let me preface by saying customer service here is second to none. I don't think I've ever been treated better as a customer (as mundane as that sounds). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and checked in multiple times -- leaving them more than worthy of a huge tip. Moreover, the food here is AMAZING. It is physically impossible to dislike any of the dishes. Everything Sujeo produces has a signature flare and multiple different flavor profiles, leaving you wanting more until your stomach is at risk of exploding. My only regret is not blowing my entire paycheck to get every variation of the t-shirts they sell. I'll definitely become a reoccurring customer here.

I got to hand it to this place - they try really hard! Most of the dishes including the noodles and the dumplings are made on site! I have been to Hong Kong before and I would say some of the dishes are the closest to the small restaurants and street food you would find there that I have tasted anywhere in the midwest. Eat near the kitchen for a little flair. The prices are a bit of sticker shock - however they deliver hot and tasty noodles and other dishes -- don't like it? Tell the staff they will make it right, and that is what is right about Sujeo.
