Very good dumplings. I get the combo w/everything on them, but I also like to get an extra sour cream order to mix in w/the one they already provide. Delicious and not expensive, a good value.

These guys do one thing, and they do it exceedingly well. Perfect any time of day. Im so glad they came back!! They left a hole in my cheap, fast, easy and delicious repertoire that nowhere else could fill.
There are 2 kinds of dumpling: potato and beef but you can mix both. I prefer the beef dumpling but you can't underestimate the taste of the potato one.. Delicious yet cheap.. Totally awesome.. I will definitely come again..
Great example of a focused business. They serve only one thing; dumplings, either beef or potato. Simple, tasty, inexpensive. Never had this food before but I will be back and will look for it in other places. Not a fancy spot, more like a couple of tables and an order area.
Best Dumplings EVER. The dumplings at Paul's are outstanding. The wait staff is courteous and the food is outrageously good. For the price, hands down the best food downtown.
Great Dumplings, but thats it. I like this place a lot for lunch, quick easy, same thing everytime. they only have 2 things on the menu, beef dumplings or potato dumplings. But they are good, real good.

Spartan but good.. There's only two things on the menu. But they're pretty good. I like the beef, with curry, hot sauce, cilantro, and sour cream. For $6.50, it's good fresh food.
Paul's is great! He sells two types of Dumplings, Potato or (local, free range) Beef. The dumplings are fresh from the pot every time, you can see him adding them when you order. The ingredients are all fresh and local (he can tell you where everything in the dumplings is from). The atmosphere is fun and relaxed and Paul is a great guy. Bring cash, but don't worry, only 4.50 for a half order or 6.50 for the full (that includes tax so it's nice and easy). I can't recommended this place enough!
